Healing Philosophy:

I have a very holistic healing philosophy and see an individual’s mind, body and spirit as all key to wellness. As humans, we have an amazing innate ability to heal self. Our role as care providers is to help steer clients toward self-discovery and help them tap into their own innate healing. I believe instilling strong community and social justice values in the next generation of healthcare providers is equally as important as medical skill and knowledge.

I have taught workshops on Mental Health and Nutrition, The Gut Brain Connection, Trauma Informed care and Compassion Fatigue.

I specialize in trauma and am a certified clinical trauma professional and am interested in integrative care, mind-body medicine and health of the gut-brain axis.
