Dr. Dawna Sweeney is a first-year resident and clinic supervisor at Bastyr University Clinic.
Clinical Interests:
Dr. Sweeney enjoys physical medicine, especially craniosacral therapy, and is interested in the interplay between anxiety and digestive complaints.
Healing Philosophy:
Dr. Sweeney's healing philosophy is to respect and assist the body's own innate ability to heal itself. She prefers to use gentle interventions, such as homeopathy and craniosacral therapy, to stimulate this healing power, yet knows when to use stronger interventions to meet the patient where they are at and guide them back to healthier habits.
