According to the National Institutes of Health, pain affects more Americans than diabetes, heart disease and cancer combined, and chronic pain is the most common reason that individuals see their doctors.

Medications have played a major role in pain management thus far, but increasingly individuals are looking for non-pharmaceutical approaches to managing their pain.

Brad Lichtenstein, ND, will share approaches to manage, cope and live with chronic pain using mind-body techniques coupled with tips for managing pain through breathing, movement and sleeping.

This talk is free and open to the public and will include a Q&A session, herbal tea and special offers.
