Way to Go: Holistic Lifestyle Program

Are you ready to love your body, eat more healthfully, get moving and discover ways to holistically nourish yourself in the process?

Bastyr Center for Natural Health offers a nine-week lifestyle program called “Way to Go” at various times throughout the year. The next Way to Go programs take place:

  • Spring 2016: Wednesdays from 6-7 p.m. April 13 to June 8
  • Winter 2017: Wednesdays from 6-7 p.m. January 12 to March 8

Way to Go, developed by Bastyr’s nutrition and clinical health psychology faculty, combines individual counseling with weekly group sessions to help you meet your personal goals for a healthier lifestyle.

You will learn about whole-food nutrition and healthy eating as you practice new skills to support and maintain positive behavioral changes.

Learn about yourself as you explore your relationship with food, find new ways to cope with stress, and discover joy in your life and your body.

Cost for the nine-week program is $300.

For more information about the spring program that starts April 13, 2016, please call (206) 925-4662 or email waytogo@bastyr.edu.
