Your first ayurvedic medicine Team Care appointment will last about 90 minutes. During this time, up to two advanced students supervised by a licensed ayurvedic practitioner will take a detailed history of your life and health concerns. Together, they evaluate and determine your constitution and imbalances and design an individualized wellness plan for you. Follow-up appointments last up to an hour.
