Dr. Robbins practices integrative family medicine with a focus on chronic illness and prevention. His clinical interests include allergies, autoimmune conditions, men's health and mental health.
We have seen a marked increase of chronic illness as pharmaceutical medicines are overused to suppress acute symptoms and conditions. Inflammation is one of the primary hallmarks of chronic disease, and this inflammatory response creates symptoms in the body or the mind, and often in both at once. Dr. Robbins seeks to address the root causes for chronic inflammation, freeing up energy and vitality within his patients. His approach to patient care includes acute and constitutional homeopathic prescriptions, botanical and nutritional medicine, and conventional and esoteric lab testing.
Dr. Robbins completed a two-year residency at Bastyr Center including a rotation with the HealthPoint Community Health Center in Kent, Washington. He completed a two-year course of study at the New England School of Homeopathy in 2008 and a supervised counseling internship while at Bastyr University from 2008-2010. In 2008, he earned the Les Griffith, ND, award for service to the community. Prior to his training, Dr. Robbins managed and served as a Spanish language interpreter for an urban community health center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Dr. Robbins is in private practice in Bellevue, Washington.
Having graduated magna cum laude from Carleton College with a BA in psychology, Dr. Robbins received his ND from Bastyr University in 2010. He is a member of the Washington Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
