Tucker Winship, ND




Dr Winship is a first year resident at Bastyr Center for Natural Health. He supervises student clinicians in the Department of Naturopathic Medicine and sees patients in private practice.


Clinical Interests:

Dr. Winship practices naturopathic primary care as well as taking special interest in men's health, diabetes, vegan nutrition and supportive care for multiple sclerosis patients. 



Dr. Winship believes that each person is inherently vital. In order to help patients unlock this vitality he employs an eclectic approach including herbal medicine, nutrition and lifestyle counseling and hands-on physical medicine. His philosophy of healing draws upon traditional knowledge guided by the best available scientific evidence and respect for patient values.


Past Experience:

Dr Winship has extensive experience in botanical medicine. He has worked as a teaching assistant for a variety of courses at Bastyr University and is involved in co-authoring several publications including research on multiple sclerosis, probiotics for irritable bowel syndrome and a textbook on botanical medicine.
