In partnership with OCHIN, who supports our clinic’s electronic health record system, we are offering our patients secure, online access to their personal medical charts. Using OCHIN MyChart, patients can see lab results, view medication lists, make appointments, and much more—online, any time of the day or night.

Prescription Information

Many of the Chinese and ayurvedic herbs from the Chinese and Ayurvedic Herbal Medicine Dispensary are only available with a recommendation from a licensed health care provider. If you would like an herbal formula tailored specifically for you, please make an appointment for Chinese herbal medicine or ayurvedic medicine by calling (206) 834-4100.

Refills

You may phone ahead and prepay to have your refills waiting on the dispensary's will call shelf. To save even more time, you also may purchase your refills by phone using a credit or debit card, and choose to have your prescriptions mailed to you. Some custom-blended items are not made ahead of time due to their individualized nature; we will blend them ahead of time if we receive prepayment.

Mail and Special Order

The Chinese and Ayurvedic Herbal Medicine Dispensary ships exclusively via U.S. Postal Service and within the United States only. Most orders are sent Priority Mail. Prepayment is required for all orders.

You must have a prescription to place a special order, and the dispensary staff must have the prescription in hand before they can order the product. Orders can only be placed from vendors whose products are carried by the dispensary.
