Current Roles

Dr. Fresonke supervises team care in the Naturopathic Medicine Department at Bastyr Center for Natural Health. She also offers private practice in Practitioner Care.

Clinical Interests

Dr. Fresonke practices family medicine with a special interest in women’s health and pediatrics. Her clinical interests include menopause and natural hormone replacement, neurotransmitter testing and balancing, digestive issues, and endocrine disorders.

Healing Philosophy

"All people can achieve better health. I use lifestyle interventions such as dietary changes, natural therapeutics, exercise and sleep hygiene, for improved health, wellbeing and longevity."

Past Experience

Dr. Fresonke was a resident at Bastyr Center for Natural Health from 1997-1999 and has been adjunct clinical faculty 1999 to present. She has been in private practice at Island Wellness Center on Bainbridge Island from 2000 to present.

Education & Affiliations

Dr. Fresonke received her ND from Bastyr University in 1997 and her BS in Biology from the University of Washington in 1986. She is a member of the Washington Association of Naturopathic Physicians, where she was a board member from 2008-2010.
