Sign up today for “Weigh to Go,” a nine-week weight management and lifestyle program developed by Bastyr’s nutrition and clinical health psychology faculty. This unique and comprehensive program combines individual counseling with weekly group sessions to help you meet your personal goals for a healthier lifestyle. You will learn about whole-food nutrition and healthy eating as you practice new skills to support and maintain positive behaviorial changes. Learn about yourself as you explore your relationship with food, find new ways to cope with stress, and discover joy in your life and your body.

Program Cost: $300 for 9 weeks
