Mr. Dowling’s clinical interests include auricular acupuncture, herbal medicine and manual therapy.

Education

Mr. Dowling received an RN from the University of Toledo and Mercy Hospital in 1980. He is also a graduate of the Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NIAOM) in Seattle.
