Jennifer Daniels, ND Dr. Daniels is a first-year naturopathic resident at Bastyr Center for Natural Health. Prior to her residency at Bastyr, she spent two summers providing volunteer medical care at an underserved clinic in East Timor. She also studied yoga in India, studied Thai massage in Thailand, spent three years as a ski patroller and five years as a river raft guide. She describes her clinical interests as preventive, integrative family medicine; gastrointestinal disorders; autoimmune health and chronic conditions. Her personal healing philosophy is to "use nutrition, exercise, sleep and a calm, clear mind to create a continual healing process." She adds, "It is important to support all elimination organs - lungs, kidneys, G.I. tract and skin - so the body can filter toxins and the body can heal itself." Dr. Daniels received a BS in Psychobiology at UCLA and an ND from Bastyr University. She has also completed Yoga Teacher training and is an LMP from the Brenneke School of Massage. She is a member of AANP and WANP.
