Paul Anderson, ND Dr. Anderson is a core faculty member of Bastyr University's Naturopathic Medicine program and a faculty member at Bastyr Center for Natural Health, in addition to his private practice. He is also a guest lecturer for American naturopathic programs, like UBCNM, SCNM, NCNM, on special topics and medical board reviews. Dr. Anderson is also involved in professional postgraduate medical education for licensed medical professionals in the areas of IV Therapy, Chelation Therapy, Pain Management, Neuropharmacology and other clinical topics. His clinical interests include difficult cases, diagnostic quandrys, pain management, chrnoic illness, and hormone problems. After fifteen years practicing allopathic medicine, Dr. Anderson discovered the naturopathic approach and believes it's an opportunity to blend the best of all medical approaches to best serve patients' needs. He says, "I educate the patient about all possible options and help them access the best healing resources available for their path to health." Dr. Anderson received his BS from Covenant College, his AA from Portland Community College, completed pre-med coursework at Marylhurst University and his ND from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine. His studies also included a naturopathic medical internship in Portland, an Emergency Medicine rotation at Eastmoreland General Hospital and Master Optician Training. He is a member of WANP, Society for Pain Practice Management, IV Society, and a fellow for the American Back Society.
