Doris Piccinin, MS, RD, CDE

Doris Piccinin works for the Immune Wellness Clinic at Bastyr Center for Natural Health in the nutrition department. She has extensive experience in pioneering and developing nutrition services for a multiethnic clinic and international medicine clinics. Her special areas of interest are diabetes, chronic disease management, and HIV/AIDS treatment. She has received awards from various ethnic organizations for her contribution to those communities.

Ms. Piccinin received her BS in nutrition and biochemistry from the University of Guelph and her MS in nutrition and food science from Wayne State University. She is a certified diabetes educator and a member of the American Association of Diabetic Educators, American Diabetes Association, and Washington State Food and Nutrition Council.
