Prescription: Sealed items may be returned within 30 days with receipt under the following conditions:

• Bulk items (items not prepackaged and sealed by a manufacturer) are non-refundable. This includes bulk herb teas and granulated herbs.
• Special orders are non-refundable.

Complications with any product should be reported directly to your health care provider. Providers may not authorize refunds after 30 days from purchase.

All refunds are credited via original method of payment. Cash or check amounts above $25 will be credited by check via mail and take at least two weeks for processing.
