Dispensary Refund Policy
Returns within 15 days with receipt under the following conditions:
- Herbal and nutritional supplements may be returned unopened
within 15 days with receipt.
- No returns on homeopathics, perishable refrigerated items,
special orders, custom blended prescriptions (i.e.: bulk
tea, tinctures, creams, solid extracts, flowers essences
and essential oils) and personal body care products (i.e.:
Shampoo, creams, bath salts and other health and beauty aids).
- Report any complications with an opened prescribed herbal
or nutritional supplement directly to your Bastyr physician
so they may or may not authorize a refund within 15 days
of purchasing the product.
- Cash refunds available under $25.00 for cash or check sales
when accompanied by a receipt.
- Refunds greater than $25.00 will be credited via refund
check from our finance department and mailed directly to
the customer within 2 weeks.
- Refunds are credited via original method of payment.
- We cannot be responsible or give refunds for transferred
prescriptions.
