Increase your energy and self confidence while you learn techniques to better manage your diabetes!  In this class, participants will discuss what you can do now that can make a difference for years to come.  Determine what's next for you in your diabetes management and uncover what else might be in store for you down the road. This class is the third in a series of three classes focused on ways to better manage diabetes.

Curriculum is approved by the American Diabetes Association.  To find out about your individual coverage, call your insurance plan.

Instructor: Dawn Jae, MS, RDN

Trained as a level 1 diabetes educator through American Association for Diabetes Educator and earning her Masters in Nutrition at Bastyr University,  Dawn combines a holistic approach with diabetes self-management training.  Focusing on the whole person, Dawn works in partnership with each patient to design a diabetes management plan that fits with their lifestyle. Dawn facilitates the discussion in a way that brings in the holistic approach you would expect from BCNH, while using an American Diabetes Association Approved curriculum.   Dawn is skilled at helping patients make small changes that have a big impact on their health.
