Motivating Children to Eat Healthy
Kelly Morrow, MS, RD, CD
Saturday, May 9, 1-2 p.m.

Kelly Morrow is a nutritionist and registered dietitian with a special interest in providing hands-on, practical nutrition education for adults and children. She currently serves as a core faculty member in Bastyr University's School of Nutrition and Exercise Science, as a clinical nutrition supervisor at Bastyr Center for Natural Health, and she is also a popular public speaker on pediatric diet and nutrition.

Living with Purpose: The Role of Attention in Creating Optimal Health
Daniel C. Rosen, PhD
Saturday, May 30, 1-2 p.m.

Dr. Rosen has a background as a holistic psychologist, emphasizing cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based strategies for creating wellness. He is a core faculty member in Bastyr University's health psychology department and serves as a clinical supervisor for counseling at Bastyr Center for Natural Health. His published works have focused on multicultural psychology, social justice in mental health, American Jewish identity, and the experiences of individuals with disabilities.

Tips for Mindful Eating
Cristen L. Harris, PhD, RD
Saturday, June 13, 1-2 p.m.

Dr. Harris is a nutritionist and registered dietitian with a focus on weight management, wellness promotion, and a mind-body-spirit approach to health. She is a core faculty member in Bastyr University's School of Nutrition and Exercise Science. She teaches Nutrition in the Lifecycle, Biostatistics, Nutritional Counseling and Contemporary Nutrition. Dr. Harris also has experience as a researcher and as a nutrition consultant to individuals and organizations.
