With the holiday season behind us, it's a great time to get our health back on track. Setting goals, such as New Year's resolutions, can be a good way to push ourselves toward making lifelong improvements in our health. Shed Pounds by Participating in Bastyr's "Weigh to Go" Program
With the holiday season over, you may notice a few extra pounds when you step on the scale. A new session of Bastyr Center's popular weight and nutritional program, "Weigh to Go," starts this April just in time to help you get your eating habits back on track before summer. This comprehensive, eight-week program combines individualized counseling with group classes on nutrition and lifestyle changes. Through this program, you will learn how to set goals, manage stress, incorporate more activity into your daily life, navigate temptation and avoid overeating. To register, call 206.925.4662.

Feeling down? Stressed? Overwhelmed? Bastyr Center for Natural Health offers short-term counseling for you and your entire family. We take the mental and emotional components of health seriously. Bastyr University Presents a Discussion with Respected Nutrition Researcher Dr. T. Colin Campbell
Bastyr University is proud to host an event with T. Colin Campbell, PhD, professor emeritus of nutritional biochemistry at Cornell University and author of The China Study: The Most Comprehensive Study of Nutrition Ever Conducted and the Startling Implications for Diet, Weight Loss and Long-Term Health. Join us on Monday, February 23 from 7:30 - 9:00 a.m. at the Bastyr University chapel in Kenmore for a continental breakfast and to hear Dr. Campbell's advice on reducing your risk of cancer, diabetes, heart disease and obesity.
