Stacy Lucier, Editor With the holiday season behind us, it's a great time to get our health back on track. Setting goals, such as New Year's resolutions, can be a good way to push ourselves toward making lifelong improvements in our health. In this issue of Health E-News, read about the new and ongoing programs at Bastyr Center that will help you succeed in achieving optimum health in 2009. I've also included some tips on how to stay fit and live longer, healthier and happier.
