Join Us for the Breath of Aire Concert

Join us for this year's fourth annual Bastyr University holiday musical concert on Friday, December 12 at 7 p.m. President and Mrs. Dan Church offer this FREE musical celebration as a gift to the Bastyr community and the public. Breath of Aire, a 55-member choral ensemble led by Dr. J. Bayard DuBois, will fill the acoustically stunning Bastyr chapel with the sounds of holiday favorites appealing to families of all faiths and backgrounds. Learn more.

Popular Weight and Nutrition Program, "Weigh to Go" Returns to Bastyr

Bastyr Center's weight-management program returns! If you're looking for a more effective way to lose weight, try this comprehensive program that combines individualized counseling with weekly group classes on nutrition and lifestyle changes. Through this program, you will learn how to set goals, manage stress, incorporate more activity into your daily life, navigate temptation and avoid overeating. The next session begins in April 2009.
